The Swinging Bass Quartet has played at a celebration of the life of a prominent member of the Huntingdon community. Ex-Prime Minister John Major was present and he helped celebrate the life of the past Chairperson of the Huntingdon Conservative Association.
We were joined by Adrian Salmon for a performance of A Nightingale Sang in Berkeley Square. This was so popular that a guest offered to donate £50 to Children In Need if Adrian repeated the performance at the end of the night – and of course he and the band did!
