The Swinging Bass Band has played at eight fantastic outdoor and heritage venues this summer. Three vocal clips from those venues.
Hear the band play Joe Williams’ Everyday I Have The Blues; Frank Sinatra’s You Make Me Feel So Young; & Etta James’ signature song, At Last.
The band has played at the Lacock Abbey, Wiltshire, for two summer parties – one for the volunteers and one for the village and parish. They were a lovely summer evenings.
Here is the band playing At Last.
The Swinging Bass Trio played at the National Trust’s Packwood House, near Solihull, in late July for a social evening thanking the volunteers for their time and contributions. The trio, saxophone, keyboard & double bass, played background music which was tuneful, allowing the guests to chat and enjoy the evening.
The Swinging Bass Band has played at the National Trust’s Upton House for their 1940’s Wedding Weekend.
Here is a video of the band playing “Everyday I Have The Blues”. What a fantastic weekend it was. The dancers, the audience and visitors to Upton House loved it!!
The Swinging Bass Trio (sax, keyboard & double bass) has been booked to play at a Rotary Club evening at the Crown Plaza Hotel, Solihull.
It was great to play at the National Trust’s Packwood House in the summer. A guest at that event has asked the trio to play for the Rotary Club evening.
The trio will play, as we always do, quiet background music allowing guests to meet, chat and enjoy the evening.
Looking forward to the evening!
