We frequently perform in the following counties: Leicestershire, Nottinghamshire, Derbyshire, Warwickshire, Lincolnshire, Cambridgeshire, Northamptonshire, Hertfordshire, Staffordshire, South Yorkshire and the West Midlands.

DO YOU HAVE YOUR OWN AMPLIFICATION AND LIGHTING?

The Trio & Band have their own appropriate amplification systems and we are never too loud to stop your guests enjoying themselves!  The Six Piece Band has its own stage flood lighting.

HOW MUCH SPACE AND HOW MANY ELECTRICAL SOCKETS DO YOU NEED?

The Trio needs 3X2 metres and The Six Piece Band will need 6x3 metres, although they can and sometimes do, operate in smaller areas and outside.  The Trio will need two standard 3-pin electrical sockets and The Six Piece Band will need three or four sockets.

DO WE NEED TO PROVIDE FOOD FOR THE MUSICIANS?

If the musicians have to travel some distance from Leicester, or are away from home for some time - especially in the evenings - it is helpful if some refreshments are available.

IS YOUR EQUIPMENT TESTED FOR ELECTRICAL SAFETY AND DO YOU HAVE PUBLIC LIABILITY INSURANCE?

The electrical equipment has been tested to the current safety standards and we have Public Liability Insurance.

HOW MUCH DO YOU CHARGE?

The basic costs are:

The Trio: £375 for drinks, the wedding breakfast and up to three hours.  Each further hour would be £60.

The Four, Five or Six Piece Jazz & Wedding Band: £750 for three hours and £120 for each additional hour.

The Trio with the Four, Five or Six Piece Jazz & Wedding Band:
£950-£975 for drinks, the wedding breakfast and the three hour evening event.  Additional time costs would be based on those above.

WHAT DO WE DO IF THINGS DO NOT RUN ON TIME?

A very small number of weddings do run late and we can usually cope with a delay of half and hour.  If the musicians have another engagement to go to they may have to leave after that delay.  If you would like us to stay, and we can do that, we usually charge for the time after that first half an hour.

ARE TRAVEL COSTS INCLUDED?

Yes, but for venues that are more than 50 miles from Leicester (or from the musician's home) it may be necessary to consider the travel costs and time involved.
