The Swinging Bass band has recently played at an informal evening at the Regent Jazz Club, Leicester.
The band played a great mix of Sinatra, Rat Pack, Swinging Jazz and Michael BublĂ©. People in the audience were saying that it was the best band they had ever heard! We had some of the audience dancing too – at a jazz club!

The Swinging Bass Band will be playing at a public event on 24th January 2017 at Regent Jazz.
Most of the events that the band plays at are private ones – corporate events, weddings, private parties etc, so this is a rare opportunity to see the band.

The Swinging Bass Trio has played for De Montfort University at the King Power Stadium, Leicester.
The Swinging Bass Trio has played at the King Power Stadium, Leicester, for an Student Societies Awards Evening. The theme was Black Tie “Classic Hollywood” theme.
What could be more suitable than our classic playlist of Sinatra and the songs from the Rat Pack!
Looking forward to the next Awards Evening!
The trio and larger band have now played at about 350 weddings, corporate events and landmark parties over the years.
The Swinging Bass Band is to play in the Banqueting Suite of Leicester City FC’s King Power Stadium.
The Trio from the Swinging Bass Band is to play for the Awards Ceremony given by Leicester’s De Montfort University Student Union.
There will be a “Classic Hollywood” theme and our mix of Sinatra, Michael BublĂ© and the Rat Pack will be perfect!
We have now played at about 350 weddings, corporate events and parties!

The Swinging Bass Band has recently played at a fantastic 50th Birthday Party at the Meeting Centre, Hinckley, Leicestershire.
100 people were there and they loved the band! We started out gently with some great swing classics from Sinatra and Michael Bublé. In the second and third sets we moved to classic pop covers from Stevie Wonder, Kool & the Gang, Status Quo and others. We finished with New York, New York.
What a night!!
